Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Group Reporting and Consolidation experience
Financial Planning and Analysis expertise
Finance system implementation leadership
IFRS or Swiss GAAP FER accounting standards
International project management in finance
Nice-to-have

Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience with external implementation partners
Change management and training capabilities
Fluency in German and English languages
Key Requirements
