Job Summary

• Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician, ensuring the customer’s needs are understood and recommended service/repairs are communicated.
• Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs and keep the customer informed of service specials, completion times, and service expenses.

Base: $16.50/hr draw against commission; Bonus/Equity: Bi-weekly commission + performance incentives; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k), ESPP

Key Requirements

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
• Prior automotive technician experience a plus
• High School graduate or equivalent
• 18 years or older required
• Drug free workplace
