Job Summary

• Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Imaging Scheduler for our Non-Acute Pre Services Department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
• As an Imaging Scheduler, you will monitor inbound fax and email traffic, following through with scheduling tasks such as booking various departments as needed and retrieve Voicemails from Live Vox three times a day.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Two years of Medical Scheduling experience
• Two years of Insurance Coverage and Benefits experience
• Two years of Patient Access experience
• Imaging Scheduling experience preferred
