Job Summary

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups and collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis, maintain patient and specimen information logs, and provide superior customer service to all patients.

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
• 1 year or more of experience as a phlebotomist
• Ability to pass a color blindness test
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years’ old
