This role serves as the primary strategic communications counselor to the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer while shaping the global narrative for CSL Operations.
The position requires leading a multi-year transformation of operations including footprint changes, organizational redesign, and commercial shifts through compelling internal and external storytelling.
As a member of two Global Leadership Teams, the incumbent will oversee unified communications across regions including the U.S., Germany, Switzerland, and Australia to reinforce CSL's reputation.
