Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10-15 years construction industry experience
5 years project controls or cost consulting
Expertise in RS Means and proprietary cost databases
Proficiency in OnScreen Takeoff, Bluebeam, CostX
Ability to conduct site assessments and constructability analysis
Nice-to-have
Experience with BIM and model-based estimating
Knowledge of sustainable building practices
Understanding of value engineering strategies
Familiarity with Procore or e-Builder platforms
Background in corporate real estate tenant improvements
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Professional certifications such as CPE, CCE, PMP, or CCM (Preferred)
