Job Summary

  • Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the primary contact for transaction inquiries, forecast accuracy, and inventory requirements.
  • Responsible for creating and expediting sales orders, coordinating the Master Demand Plan with plant operations, and participating in Sales/Operations meetings to reconcile forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
  • Supports customer requests for quotes and product pricing, coordinates material returns, and monitors progress from initial contact to final resolution, providing timely reports to various departments.
