The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must ensure correct resident information when assisting with activities of daily living and report all changes in condition to the Health and Wellness Director immediately.
The role requires maintaining a calm environment while performing tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and monitoring vital signs for residents unable to call for help.

Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Complete documentation for notes and incident reports
