Job Summary

• Spearhead the strategic development and execution of global payroll risk and incident management, leading critical programs to enhance risk posture and drive resolution of high-impact incidents.
• Design and oversee the execution of global risk management frameworks for payroll operations, own and evolve the global payroll risk register, and lead cross-functional risk assessments.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex payroll incidents globally, establish scalable processes for incident management, and lead teams through Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
