Job Summary

  • The Registered Specialty Nurse Patient Education is responsible for creating an environment in classroom and clinical settings that facilitate learning.
  • They are responsible for designing curricula and formulating program outcomes to prepare patients/family to maintain or improve their health behaviors and/or health status after leaving the hospital/clinic with regards to diabetes.
