This position leads a patient care team of approximately 35-45 individuals to provide a clean and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
The supervisor is responsible for ensuring proper infection control and safety procedures are followed while managing departmental budgets and inventory levels.
Candidates must possess thorough knowledge of floor care maintenance, machinery, chemicals, and Standard Precautions as defined by established hospital standards.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Three or more years healthcare EVS experience
Knowledge of surgical suite terminal cleaning
Understanding of JCAHO infection control standards
Experience with hazardous waste procedures
Ability to manage labor and supply budgets
Nice-to-have
Previous supervisory level experience preferred
Intermediate word processing and spreadsheet skills
Focus on continual quality and service improvement
Experience conducting job training programs
Key Requirements
Valid driver's license (if required by facility)
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (for behavioral health settings)
Arizona Criminal History Affidavit
Minimum three years diversified healthcare EVS experience
Thorough working knowledge of floor care and cleaning machinery
