Provide L2 production support for SAP CRM incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within agreed SLAs, performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes.
Support enhancements, minor developments, change requests, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrated process issues.
