Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Proven B2B Customer Marketing experience
Enterprise services or SaaS environment background
Track record building client case study pipelines
Direct collaboration with Sales and Account Management teams
Strong stakeholder management and approval navigation skills
Nice-to-have
Experience in both services and product-led environments
Exposure to enterprise PR and communications processes
Experience establishing Customer Advisory Boards
Familiarity with CRM systems and reference tracking tools
Positive, client-friendly energy and professional presence
Key Requirements
Fluent English speaker
Proven experience in B2B Customer Marketing or Advocacy roles
Demonstrable track record managing client reference programmes
Experience working directly with Sales and Account Management teams
