Job Summary
Our Payloads organization is responsible for everything you see when you fly; and a lot that you don’t: The Interior of the airplane, along with the Lavatories, Galleys, Cargo compartments, exterior markings, associated systems, and cabin safety all make up Payloads.
In this role you will ensure safety and quality are embedded in all engineering activities and deliverables, lead and develop the Payloads Engineering team, and oversee complex, cross-functional projects.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
5+ years of experience in Aerospace industry
Experience with aircraft interior design/modification programs
