Key Requirements

  • Development process experience in automotive domain (ADAS, in-vehicle ECU, embedded development)
  • Practical experience in at least one of: Requirements Management, Change Management, Defect Management
  • Experience with requirements/project management tools (DOORS, Polarion, Codebeamer, JIRA, Redmine, Confluence)
  • Basic understanding of ISO 26262 or A-SPICE
  • Communication and coordination skills with OEM, supplier, and internal stakeholders
  • Business-level Japanese, technical document reading/writing English
