Salary

Key Requirements
Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or MBA preferred)
10+ years of progressive experience in drug development/manufacturing
3+ years developing organizational strategy
Direct experience with radioconjugates or radiopharmaceuticals
Proven track record leading cross-functional teams
Experience working across R&D, Manufacturing/Operations, Regulatory, and Commercial
