Job Summary

  • Operate as a strategic engine, aligning product strategy, go-to-market execution, and operational rigor to drive performance where it is needed most.
  • Serve as a vital extension of the SVP’s office, operating with autonomy to solve the company’s most complex growth challenges and translate executive vision into market reality.
  • Lead the creation of executive-level content (keynotes, white papers, customer-facing and board-level decks) that position the SVP and Workday as leaders.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $135,900 USD - $203,900 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $143,400 USD - $254,600 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants
