Job Summary
The SOP Coach is responsible for the training delivery of Safety Organized Practice, Structured Decision Making, or other contracted training initiatives for identified DCFS families staff and stakeholders.
This position is directly responsible to the Safety Organized Practice Training Coordinator and requires extensive travel throughout the state.
The role involves providing coaching to newly hired Social Services Specialists and engaging in Continuous Quality Improvement activities to ensure fidelity to the SOP practice model.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree plus one year of professional experience with children and families
Professional experience in mentoring, teaching, or training

Experience presenting to large groups preferred
Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Possess a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
