Job Summary

  • The SOP Coach is responsible for the training delivery of Safety Organized Practice, Structured Decision Making, or other contracted training initiatives for identified DCFS families staff and stakeholders.
  • This position is directly responsible to the Safety Organized Practice Training Coordinator and requires extensive travel throughout the state.
  • The role involves providing coaching to newly hired Social Services Specialists and engaging in Continuous Quality Improvement activities to ensure fidelity to the SOP practice model.

  • Experience in curriculum development and training delivery preferred
  • Experience presenting to large groups preferred
  • Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Possess a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Knowledge of the Arkansas Child Welfare System
