Job Summary

  • Applies technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.
  • Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed technology documentation, training, and videos while ensuring adherence to schedule, and scope.
  • Working hands-on on projects of moderate to high complexity to gather raw technical inputs from subject matter experts to prepare easy-to-understand, error-free technical user guides, manuals, training, and methodology documents, trainings and videos containing text, data, drawings, and images.
