Must-have
Six Sigma Green Belt certification required
Process safety training and incident investigation
Root cause analysis of process upsets
Change of management (MOC) risk assessment
Continuous improvement project leadership
Production scheduling and constraint analysis
Nice-to-have
Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
Experience with SAP and engineering project systems
Knowledge of injection molding and membrane processes
Strong analytical troubleshooting skills
Curiosity about cutting-edge manufacturing technology
Collaboration with maintenance automation teams
Key Requirements
Bachelor or Master's degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering
Must possess Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Preferred: Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience in project management including budget and timeline control
Proficiency in MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
