Must-have

  • 8+ years Workday data migration experience
  • Expertise in Workday EIB and Customer Central
  • Strong SQL proficiency for complex queries
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell and VBA
  • Full lifecycle data conversion and reconciliation

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Definian's Applaud proprietary software
  • Knowledge of Oracle and SAP enterprise systems
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in Manufacturing or Healthcare sectors

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Workday Data Migrations
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
  • Onsite presence required at Hyderabad Office
