Job Summary

  • The Anoka County Emergency Communications Center (ECC) mission is to protect and serve the residents of Anoka County by providing professional, efficient 9-1-1 and non-emergency dispatch services.
  • This position will perform various duties including installing, upgrading, monitoring and reliability of computer systems, software, hardware and county servers, ensuring problems with network infrastructure and connectivity issues are limited.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
  • Five years or more of job-related experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Public Safety 911 PSAP experience preferred
  • Emergency Number Professionals Certification preferred
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
