Ibstock is seeking a Buildings and Systems Engineering Specialist to troubleshoot and maintain plant floor equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant engineering degree, troubleshooting experience, and be available for a specific night shift

Job Summary

  • This position troubleshoots, calibrates, and adjusts plant floor devices as necessary to maintain optimal performance of plant floor equipment.
  • This position provides information to maintenance mechanics on how to complete required repairs to resolve breakdown situations.

Key Requirements

  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday 6pm-3am
  • Must be able to reside within the job location or willing to relocate
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in programming, troubleshooting, basic network knowledge, motor control theory, and operations
  • Fundamental AC and DC electrical troubleshooting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Capable of reading and interpreting electrical schematics and basic diagrams
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S.
