Must-have

  • Current LVN license issued by California
  • IV Certification required
  • Valid BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross
  • Three years clinical care management experience
  • Outpatient family practice environment experience

Nice-to-have

  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience with Electronic Health/Medical systems
  • Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese skills
