Key Requirements

  • 4-6 years of construction project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Direct oversight of trade contractors
  • Advanced proficiency with project management, scheduling software, and financial management tools
  • Expertise in technical RFP development, procurement, and contract administration
  • Working knowledge of MEP systems, critical power/cooling infrastructure, and commissioning standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and fast track deadlines
  • Availability to travel up to 25%
