Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care related to skin care, wound care, and treatments while maintaining the highest degree of quality resident care.
  • The Treatment Nurse will work with the Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team to develop comprehensive assessments and care plans for assigned residents in accordance with federal and state regulations.
  • Candidates must possess a current, active LVN license in California and be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds and assisting residents with mobility.

  • Strong documentation and communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Current active LVN license in California
