Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Visual inspection of castings and gaskets
Use of hand and compressed air tools
Grinding and trimming excess flashing
Use of inspection gauges and micrometers
Assembly and packaging operations
Ability to lift up to 150 lbs
Follow Lean methodologies such as 5S and TPM
Nice-to-have
Good written and verbal communication skills
Eagerness to learn and work in a team
Overhead crane experience preferred
Experience with safety protocols and PPE
Key Requirements
Be 18 years of age or older
High School graduate or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 150 lbs
Experience with inspection tools and gauges
Ability to work in fluctuating temperature environments
