Must-have
5-10 years Business Analyst experience
Payments and banking domain expertise
Agile delivery methods experience
FIN and ISO 20022 messaging knowledge
SWIFT CBPR+, CHAPS, RITS, TARGET2 networks
Cash and liquidity management knowledge
Nice-to-have
Basic SQL skills
Power BI proficiency
Custody product knowledge
Target operating model creation experience
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years consulting or advisory role in banking/payments
SME-level knowledge of FIN and ISO 20022 messaging
Proven delivery of 2-3 end-to-end change initiatives in banking
Experience working with large scale complex change initiatives
