Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 3 years manufacturing experience
• High School diploma/GED with 6 years manufacturing experience
• 1 year supervisory/leadership experience
• Associate's Degree in Industrial Maintenance-related field
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical)
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Microsoft Office and Maximo proficient
