  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient resolution of claims, while also analyzing claims data to identify trends and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability, and developing strong relationships with clients, brokers, insurers, and other industry partners.
