Job Summary

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bank's Automated Clearing House (ACH) network and transaction monitoring for various Lines of Business.
• Lead an operating team of approximately 12 to 18 associates and two direct reports, driving the achievement of individual, team, and business metric goals in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
• Instrumental in influencing simplification, automation, and modernization efforts, leading the build-out of transaction/file monitoring capabilities across all payment rails.
