Job Summary
Lead strategic initiatives for a major technology client across all Latin America sites, ensuring operational excellence, financial management, talent development, and executive client relationship management.
Act as the primary executive point of contact and trusted strategic advisor at the regional LATAM level, managing the regional P&L with full responsibility for revenue and profitability targets.
Supervise operations across multiple sites, implement best practices, monitor performance against SLAs, and ensure compliance with local regulations and health and safety standards.
