Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the build of current models, collecting dimensional, quality performance and joining data, implementing adjustments based on various reports and supporting problem solving on the BIW shop floor.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective technical solutions and support Change management for the assigned commodity.

Key Requirements

  • Relevant previous experience of Manufacturing / Engineering processes
  • Previous experience of supervising a multi-skilled team
  • Experience in the application of a logical approach to Problem Solving
  • Experience and working knowledge of Health and Safety Audits and ergonomics
  • Experience of vehicle body assembly process development
  • English language proficiency at B2 level
