The Assistant Site Manager role is for participants in the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program with the desired outcome of promotion to a Clinical Engineering Site Manager role.
Participants are expected to learn all competencies needed to become a successful Site Manager, focusing on leading clinical engineering initiatives to provide superior customer service and operational efficiency.
This position includes a hands-on service component in general biomedical support, shadowing technicians to learn maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of medical devices.
