Job Summary

  • The Human Resources Generalist will support a variety of HR and HSE activities at our Mississauga location, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, payroll assistance, benefits administration, and other administrative tasks within a unionized manufacturing environment.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including preparing job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and orienting new hires.
