Trillium Flow Technologies is seeking a Sales Engineer & Account Manager in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, to provide technical support and develop retrofit solutions for their products and services. The role emphasizes maintaining customer relationships, analyzing vibration data, and assisting field service teams during troubleshooting activities

Job Summary

  • Provide accurate, timely, and advanced technical information, advice, and assistance regarding Trillium products and services before, during, and after a transaction to maintain and improve the organization’s customer relationships.
  • Executes feasibility studies for pump retrofits considering both hydraulic and mechanical aspects of pumps; when required, prepares preliminary drawings to be share with customer.
  • Completes high level analysis of vibration data (spectrum analysis, time waveform, acceleration envelopes, orbit analysis) and provides feedback on rotating machinery health based on vibration data and other instrument readings.
