Current NYS RN License
1-2 years homecare experience
Geriatric or disability care experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transport
Proficiency with Uniform Assessment System
Nice-to-have

Master's degree in nursing preferred
3+ years homecare agency experience
Case management field experience
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (BSN) or Associate's in Nursing
Minimum 1-2 years nursing experience in homecare
Experience with geriatric care or disabilities
Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems
