  • CI/CD and DevOps tooling knowledge
  • Experience with outsourced development partners
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices
  • Exposure to CMDB and CSDM data models
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Agile delivery model experience

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years ServiceNow development experience
  • ServiceNow certifications required
  • Proven technical lead or senior developer role
  • Native-level English proficiency
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers
