  • Act as the key interface between business and IT, advising on digital transformation initiatives and ensuring effective business-IT alignment across the Customer Service domain.
  • Steer the development and implementation of business strategies from the IT perspective, identify and evaluate new IT trends, and oversee IT activities within Sales, Marketing & Customer Service.
  • Lead change management initiatives, build relationships with stakeholders, and initiate innovation and digitalization projects.
