Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • High School Education or GED equivalency
  • 1 year experience in a Manufacturing environment
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices
  • Perform electrical test methods like ohm meter
  • Basic understanding of blueprint and GD&T interpretation

Nice-to-have

  • 1-3 years Inspection experience in manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Quality System requirements AS9100
  • Experience with Receiving, Electrical, or Mechanical Inspection
  • Familiarity with 5S & lean manufacturing knowledge
  • Experience in a self-directed team environment

Key Requirements

  • High School Education or GED
  • 1 year manufacturing experience
  • Pass visual acuity exam
  • Obtain Braze, Weld and Solder inspection certification
  • U.S. Person status required for export control
