The MEL Officer will support the development and management of country-level monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems for the REACH Malaria project.
Responsibilities include coordinating data collection, supporting subcontractors, and providing technical assistance to national teams for programmatic decision-making.

Experience with Excel, R, Stata, SPSS, Power BI, Tableau
Knowledge of HMIS and DHIS2 health information systems

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Excellent knowledge management and facilitation skills
Ability to travel up to 30 percent in-country
Professional proficiency in English preferred
