Develop, follow up on key account plans based on channel strategy, brand strategy, and sales objectives to ensure strategic growth and resource allocation.
Evaluate and optimize based on actual business situations, identify business opportunities, and support sales business growth.
Develop and execute GTN investment strategy and reasonable use of Selling P budget for non-NKA customers, ensuring reasonable return on investment.
