The Assistant Steward is responsible for the oversight and day to day operations within Food & Beverage for Dreamscape’s new Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.
Responsibilities include assisting with inventory, supporting event setups, overseeing cleaning procedures, and maintaining customer service standards.
This position directly manages and provides oversight to the Supervisor and hourly Stewarding team members in multiple outlets.
