Job Summary
Lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the overall design, development, and lifecycle management of Embedded Software (FPGA), ground control station applications, and auxiliary equipment for uncrewed vehicle platforms.
Collaborate closely with the Chief Engineer to align technical strategies with business objectives and support day-to-day engineering operations.
Manage and develop team members, uphold accountability, coordinate support for other business functions, and proactively improve design processes and methodologies.
