Skills & Requirements
Must-have
1-3 years industrial maintenance experience
Intermediate mechanical repairs and electrical troubleshooting
Working knowledge of LOTO and safe work practices
Ability to interpret basic electrical diagrams
CMMS experience with Maximo or SAP PM
Nice-to-have
Basic understanding of VFDs and servo systems
Experience with PLC/HMI interaction
Reliability mindset and structured troubleshooting
