The Medical Assistant for Clinical Risk Assessments will work alongside the Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) or other clinicians helping conduct clinical visits through telehealth and in-home visits with patients identified in the health system with high medical risk factors and suspected care gaps.
The Medical Assistant responsibilities include patient flow management such as vital signs, assessment questionnaires, phlebotomy, injections and other various diagnostic procedures.
