Key Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy Degree
  • PGY1 residency training OR 3 years applicable experience
  • AR licensure or eligible for licensure
  • Pharm.D. Board Certified in applicable area
  • 5 years applicable experience
