Job Summary

  • Responds to service calls to evaluate, diagnose, perform repair/planned maintenance (PM) on progressively complex customer's biomedical equipment, and drives customer satisfaction through Service Excellence.
  • This is a remote role that requires the candidate to work onsite at our customer location(s).

Key Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 2 years of experience

  • Willingness to work after hours and on-call schedule
