The Team Lead is responsible for running the local Carvana hub, including market launch, operations, logistics, consumer branding, team engagement and effectiveness, and the market’s ongoing success.
This role involves managing the employee and customer experience, assessing business trends, and proactively creating solutions to potential roadblocks.
Responsibilities include interviewing, onboarding, training, and developing a team of Customer Advocates, as well as driving production and ensuring operational efficiency.
