As Senior Director, Oncology Scientific Integration, you will play a central role in translating R&D strategy into actionable results.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation by identifying new tools methodologies, cross portfolio technologies that can be piloted and applied to our Oncology R&D portfolio.
The annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges $202,500 to $337,500, plus an annual bonus and eligibility for long-term incentives.

PhD in Life Sciences and/or MBA required
5+ years of experience in management consulting
5+ years of experience in drug discovery and development
Proven track record in program/project management
Direct expertise in biopharmaceutical program planning and change management
Experience using analytical, organizational, and communication skills
